What is your student teacher ratio for the School Holiday Drama Programmes? |

The ratio is usually one teacher per 10-15 students. |

Will my child be photographed or filmed? |
|
It is likely that your child will be photographed and/or filmed as part of the School Holiday Drama Programme. Upon enrolment you will be asked to complete the Consent to Photograph Form. If you do not wish for your child to be featured on any promotional material, you need to specify this, by ticking the appropriate box. |

What is your payment policy for the School Holiday Drama Programme? |

Full payment must be made upon enrolment and prior to the commencement of the Programme. Payment options are: cheque, money order or electronic funds transfer only. Late payments will incur a 10% fee. Once your child has commenced the Programme, fees are not refundable.

What is your policy on parents or friends observing the workshops? |
|
We aim to create a safe and trusting environment, free of distractions, and therefore ask that parents and friends do not observe classes. However parents and friends will have the opportunity to see the child’s progress in the performances. |

What is your payment policy for the Workshops and Performances in Schools? |
|
In order for Make A Scene to deliver programmes of a high quality and standard we rely on schools to quote accurate numbers for invoicing.
The fees are outlined on the Performance for Schools and Workshops for Schools pages. Please be advised that costs may vary for schools located outside the CBD. Full payment is to be made prior to the performance or workshop or on the day. Payment options are: cheque or electronic funds transfer only. EFT is preferred. Late payments or a cancellation (made less than one week prior to the scheduled performance or workshop) will incur a 10% fee. If a cancellation is made on the scheduled day of the performance or workshop the payment will not be refunded. Please keep in mind that Make A Scene does not re-invoice schools after a presentation if participant numbers have changed.

Can you cater a workshop that is appropriate for lower primary children? |

Can I leave the performance or workshop while I go and do some photocopying? |
|
No. we advise that Make A Scene and/or its directors, employees, agents, contractors or assigns will not be legally responsible for the supervision of the participants. We insist that a teacher or an adequate number of teachers are present to actively supervise the entire performance or workshop. |

What is the maximum number of students you can have in one session? |
|
Ideally, we prefer to work with a maximum of 30 students per session, however, if you provide adequate staffing and a reasonable space, this may be negotiable. |

Your recommended session time is 90 minutes but we only have a 50 minute period. Can you cater your workshop? |
|
Workshops can be catered to your timetable, however, please be aware that all the content may not be covered extensively. Contact us to discuss. |
